Larren has practiced law in Idaho since 2005. He first worked in the Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office then in private practice. He has worked extensively in a wide variety of legal fields including trial work and appeals.


Additionally, he consulted with many businesses assisting them to succeed with business plans, contracts and dispute resolution.


Larren is a certified family and civil mediator. He is ready to assist you in any legal need.

When not working in the law, Larren enjoys spending time with his family. His wife and four children love traveling to national parks and local attractions. While Yellowstone National Park is their first choice, they have also visited many of the Idaho and Montana parks, trails and ghost towns. Larren and his family are also pleased to be a foster family for Eastern Idaho children.

Jean Jorgensen commenced her career as a software engineer and program manager, specializing in Japanese localization. 


She and her husband, Bill Jorgensen, later owned and operated a technical recruiting business. 


In 2000, she started her second career, attending Seattle University School of Law.  After graduating cum laude and passing the bar, she formed her own law firm and provided supportive legal services to various law firms throughout the greater Seattle area. 


In 2007, she began working closely with attorney Susan Rae Sampson, who planned her retirement in 2009. Jean began private practice in March 2009, to assist with the transition of many of Ms. Sampson’s cases.


Jean focuses on a wide scope of general litigation, including commercial, employment, real estate, land use, insurance, civil rights, miscellaneous torts, and criminal defense work. 


Jean is honored to serve as a strong advocate for each of her clients, regardless of whether they are a large international corporation, small local business, or a single individual fighting for justice.

Rob brings to the practice of law a work history chock full of valuable experiences with people of many different ethnicities and backgrounds. Among other jobs, his previous employment includes husbandry work at a public aquarium, instructing at and managing a martial arts school, and landscaping. Eventually, he discovered that a law career fits him well because his interests are so wide-ranging.


Within the legal realm, Rob negotiated contracts and licensing for the office of technology transfer at the West Virginia University Research Corporation. He also assisted in immigration case work for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (which helps him better understand and connect with his Brazilian-born wife). He enjoyed completing a voluntary property title search course during his time in West Virginia and plans to be certified for such work in Wyoming.


Rob is very much a family man and will tell you that he is most proud of his wife and kids. He loves spending time with them, especially in the great outdoors of the national parks, monuments, and battlefields. With numerous opportunities to be outside, he is thrilled to be in the Mountain West and surrounded by such neighborly people. Whatever your legal issue, he is ready to give you his best in pursuit of the goal you are looking for.




Dan is a licensed attorney in Idaho, Wyoming, & Montana. He is happy to work with you whatever your legal questions may be. He has specific expertise in business law & HIPAA Compliance.

Along with Dan’s love of the law is his passion for business. He owns multiple businesses in three different states with over 40 employees.  He has worked for a number of years as a business

consultant in the United States, the UK, and South Africa, and

his experience has expanded his abilities in the areas of legal and

practical business advisory.

Dan has residences in Wyoming and Idaho. He currently lives in Idaho with his wife & four children.




Mike has over 40 years in the study and practice of law.

Michelle grew up in Dallas, Texas and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with concentrations in English and Government from Texas Women’s University.

After moving to Idaho Falls from Texas in 2019, Michelle began working with Wilkerson Law Group. Her main passion is helping people, and she enjoys talking to and learning about each individual client. 


She enjoys hiking, jogging, reading, cooking and spending time with her family.





Jennifer has lived in Wyoming for most of her life.  She comes from a family consisting of a diverse set of professionals that provides her with a deeper knowledge of the issues affecting business owners, ranchers, teachers, contractors, doctors and even attorneys. 

She has been involved in many types of legal cases to include family law, creditors rights, personal injury and criminal as well as civil federal cases and appeals.  Jennifer enjoys learning new things, if you stump her with something she won’t quit until she has the answer.


In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time in the kitchen as well as quality time with her family in the mountains or at the lake.

Samantha is from New York and moved to Idaho in 2016. She graduated from Brigham Young University- Idaho with a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Middle Eastern and African Relations.

Sam is passionate for justice and strongly enjoys being able to help all the attorneys here at the firm. Her position affords her to learn and become more familiar with many different areas of the law. She has worked with many immigrants from Iran while previously living in California and helped them gained citizenship. This experience has really enhanced her desire to be an advocate for those who are voiceless.

When Samantha is not in the office, she is home with her husband and her two pups. She loves to travel, bake and owns a small business in the beauty industry.
